Domino Sugar Factory is opening up, including a large new Equinox gym. More docks are needed at peak times.

All available bikes are usually taken by 8am, if not earlier. More capacity will be needed as new high-rise rental units open up.

7th ave and Union is the commercial hub of north Slope...need more capacity there. Maybe place a new dock by President or Carroll since Berkeley has one, and the usage is over-the-top!
