Please turn this street into pedestrian or one-way only, and add a dock. the intersection is a nightmare

East 17 St - 3 Ave - Manhattan

Need a citi bike doc on the south east corner of 17th and 3rd. There is a restaurant outdoor dining shed that isn’t even used anymore and a bike doc would be great and helpful. All the docs are empty in the morning
