NYCDOT's Street Ambassador Team spent a week collecting your feedback on the 2015 Safety Project between 58th Street and 65th Place. The team listened to and collected feedback from pedestrians, bicyclists, drivers, residents, and business owners along the corridor. You told us that you appreciate riding in the new bike lanes, you feel safer while crossing the street. But some of you are concerned with misuse of bike and pedestrian facilities by vehicles and seniors in particular are concerned about cyclists failing to stop at red lights. In addition to gathering your feedback, our team distributed over 200 bike lights and bells, nearly 600 tote bags, almost 130 bike maps and bike smart guides, and almost 1,500 project information postcards.

We appreciate your feedback and will use to it to continue improving Queen's Blvd to being one of New York City's Great Streets.
