This one is a slam dunk. One additional point: please adjust the light cycle here to make it safe for pedestrians and the new cyclists. It takes so long for pedestrians exiting the station to cross that everyone drifts into the central roadway, and cars drive dangerously fast through. It's not safe, and adding a Citibike station is the best opportunity to fix the problem.

Of course Nostrand serving the EPK 3 station is a strong candidate but I recommend considering Bedford and Eastern Parkway as well, and expanding bicycle infrastructure on EPK. The one trail on the south mall is not sufficient. People constantly confuse which side is for cycling and which is for walking, and Eastern Parkway's intersections do not feel safe to cross. The service roads should have bike lanes, or sharrows at minimum; or if the parking capacity is deemed essential, protected lanes and traffic calming in the central parkway itself.

Brower Park is a must. Here are two suggestions for where: the northwest corner near the Children's Museum (Prospect and Brooklyn) and the southeast corner near Chisolm Circle (Park and Kingston). I anticipate you'll need a lot of capacity.

Potential alternative location to near the church on Dean in case of local opposition. Roughly equidistant between two subway stations, same block as a local southbound bus stop, and just behind an outdoor dining bulb-out (but in front of two businesses that are not restaurants). However, Nostrand needs interventions to make cycling safer - between buses, parking, loading, and being a major southbound road, it does not feel safe. Additionally, the buses underperform because the northbound local and SBS are on opposite long blocks. A rationalization of the bus network would add a northbound bus lane. Something has got to give, and that something has to be parking.

May be too close to the existing on Bergen, however this is a blank front on a wide street close to Bedford and its bike lanes. Additionally recommend that those bike lanes be upgraded to protected bike lanes, as Bedford is wide enough that cars drive fast.

Eastern Parkway - Schenectady Ave - Utica Ave

Location is already overcrowded with dollar vans and street merchants. Plus multiple buses. It would make more sense to put the bikes at the other entrance to the subway that is less congested.
