Despite the high concentration of electric vehicles in the area, a severe lack of charging infrastructure directly inconveniences local EV drivers. Installing accessible chargers would immediately resolve this bottleneck, accelerate local EV adoption, and deliver significant long-term environmental benefits.

People will abuse this as free overnight parking. This should not be used as a parking spot just because someone bought a Tesla.

I live nearby, as do a lot of other people. There is also a Trader Joe's, and it's near the park (without being in the crowded intersection at Queens Blvd and Yellowstone).
More electric charging stations would help EV adoption around the city and fight climate change
